Return/Refund Policy
- If the customer does not enter their information in any part of the questionnaire, a full refund is available for 30 days.
- If you, the customer, completes a portion of the questionnaire, but does not submit the information for drafting, 90% of the fee will be refunded if requested within 60 days of payment.
- Once you have submitted information for the creation of documents, but before the documents are delivered, 40% of the fee may be refunded upon your request.
- No refund will be available once documents have been created for your case.
